Specific design in mind.

Soft Peel and LSZH sheathing
Your optical fiber is protected by LSZH materials. they are insulated with polyethylene, PVC or polyurethane. During a fire, chlorinated plastic releases hydrogen chloride, a toxic gas that forms hydrochloric acid when it comes into contact with water. Halogen-free cables do not produce dangerous gas or acid combinations or toxic smoke when exposed to flame.
Inside, we added a polymer coating with a thickness of 25 μm. The coating layer not only effectively isolates moisture or corrosive liquid, but also has the greatest effect of improving the strength of the optical fiber, and the performance of bending strength, tensile strength and toughness to pressure are greatly improved.
Bending and corner solutions
We use reusable tape and reusable packaging for good protection and delivery to you.

The minimum radius diameter in the corners is 5mm (generally 10mm -20mm) and the Dynamic Fatigue Parameter (Nd) reaches 26 (20 for general fiber)
