Who can pay by Administrative Mandate?
This payment method is reserved for administrations and communities listed on the Chorus Pro platform.
(a school, a town hall, a community, a hospital, an embassy, a police station, etc.).
Delivery will be made in mainland France and Corsica only.
Payment can only be made in Euro currency.
How does the Administrative Mandate work?
Step 1 – Request a quote on the elfcams.com website
To get a quote, you can send your request to contact@elfcams.com or fill out the following form https://elfcams.com/demande-un-devis .
Elfcams.com is responsible for establishing the quote and sends it to the public structure.
Step 2 – Enter a commitment on chorus-pro.gouv.fr
Creating an engagement starts with entering general engagement information. This step ensures traceability in relation to the date of creation, date of transmission, the commitment number, the type of commitment and commitment wording.

Please enter a date less than or equal to today's date in the "Legal transmission date" field. It allows you to trace the date of sending of the “materialized” commitment outside of Chorus Pro. It can also be used if the public entity decides to manage commitments
Step 3 – Send us your SIRET number and your order form with the commitment number
Please send us by email your order form (the same as that requested for the quote) accompanied by your commitment number on the platform Chorus Pro.
Step 4 – Elfcam validates the order and ships your package.
Following this, Elfcam records your invoice on the Chorus Pro platform. Unless otherwise indicated in the contract, payment for the order is made at 30 days, either by check or by transfer to our bank account.
