Return and refund

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA approved by Elfcam. Please follow the steps below for processing refunds, replacements or repairs.

1. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once Elfcam has received and inspected the returned items. It takes approximately 5 business days to receive the refund.

2. After obtaining authorization, return the items with the RMA form.

3. Elfcam will review the items once received.

4. Refunds will be processed based on your request.

2. Replacement

If the parts or items to be replaced are in stock, they can be shipped within one business day. If the items to be replaced are not in stock, your account manager will notify you once they have been shipped.

3. Elfcam will review the items once received.

4. The replaced product will be shipped.

3. Repairs

Free repair service is available for most items (except consumable products) during the warranty period. FS will ship the repaired items after testing and verifying them.

3. Elfcam will review the items once received.

4. Items will be shipped after repair and testing.

To request a refund or replacement, the return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. For items eligible for repair, the repair request must be submitted within the warranty period to qualify for free repairs. If the warranty period expires, repairs may still be offered, but an amount will be charged on a case-by-case basis.

 

Items must be returnable or have an authorized warranty period to benefit from Elfcam's return services.

Where should I return the items?

Once your return is approved, you will receive an RMA form. The RMA form will instruct you to return the corresponding items.

How will I receive the refund?

In most cases, we will refund returned items using the original method you used. The amount can also be refunded to your ELFCAM account as a credit which can be used for future orders.

Do I have to pay a restocking fee when returning products?
Within 30 days from the delivery date, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on the condition of the returned items listed below.

For replacement and exchange under warranty period
Please note that each item must be returned for replacement, repair and exchange in the same condition as when received. Items in new condition must be returned new, unused and complete. Used items should not have any additional signs of use or damage. The exceptions applicable to the right of withdrawal also apply to our Returns Policy under warranty (30 days from receipt of delivery). The products below cannot be returned under our 30-day Returns Policy..
