    seems ok, especially given the price...the device includes a 650 nM red source of around 2mW. This source can be used as a reference (the device detects if the source is ON and automatically switches to this wavelength for measurement). I have just received it and have not yet been able to test it on a large scale. But it seems to do the job expected to carry out diagnostics, certainly not super precise in the measurements, but enough to assess the quality of a FO link.
