📑 YOUR MISSIONS

Your role will be to work with the Marketing Associate to build and implement marketing activations at boxy. You will be able to delve into a large number of themes and gain experience on all activation levers (social media, acquisition, content creation, street marketing, press relations, etc.)

Your missions:

  • Management of ELFCAM activation on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin) > from the creation of the editorial line and content/copywriting, to the analysis of performance and optimization avenues.
  • CRM activation : development of the editorial strategy in collaboration with the CRM team and copywriting of content
  • Communication on the opening of new boxy > Implementation of the launch plan in collaboration with local stakeholders and our activation agencies (street marketing, animation, etc.)
  • Local Marketing > Monitoring and monitoring of customer feedback and our local marketing tools (presence management, review management)
  • Acquisition strategy > work in collaboration with our acquisition agency for the implementation of acquisition campaigns, performance analysis and optimization avenues
  • Management of cross-functional marketing activations > monitoring of our press relations activations, support from the Category team for the commercial activation plan, implementation of new drive to store levers.

 

(I.e. REQUIRED PROFILE

  • You have a Bac+5 education in a business school, communications school, engineering school or university
  • You are looking for an apprenticeship or professionalization contract
  • You have a good level of English
  • You have initial experience in B2C Marketing: in an agency, start-up or corporate
  • You are comfortable with digital tools and you have great rigor
  • You are organized and able to manage different projects in parallel
  • You have good writing skills
  • You are curious and creative, and you like to follow through with reasoning and are proactive
  • You have a sense of initiative and resourcefulness (startup spirit :))

🧗 What you'll do
* Collaborate with product engineering teams to build delightful, highly efficient, and accessible user experiences.
* Create scalable, modular, and extensible custom APIs and UI components that can be leveraged by multiple client applications.
* Maintain and improve our data models for our analysts to leverage the full potential of our data
* Refine or define hypotheses with all the stakeholders in a data-driven approach that informs product strategy and innovations.

**👤 Who you are**
* You have several years of working experience as a Software Developer with Node.js developing full-stack services. A good knowledge of RESTful APIs is required.
* You have experience in building user interfaces preferably with React.JS.
* You have several years of experience with either SQL or NoSQL databases.
* You have strong testing practice and you always focus on maintainability. CI/CD experience is preferred.
* You have a great ability to learn, and you are eager to expand your areas of expertise.
* You have a strong quality mindset and care for the overall performance of the product.

Your role will be to work with the Head of Brand to build and implement Elfcam's content strategy with clients and partners (town halls, private partners, etc.)

You will be able to delve deeper into a large number of themes and gain experience by working independently on activation projects (social media copywriting, acquisition, community manager, press relations, etc.)

  • Community Manager and management of Elfcam activation on social networks (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin) > you will be responsible for interactions with our customers and partners on social networks
  • Copywriting of B2B and B2C posts > from the creation of the editorial line and content/copywriting, to the analysis of performance and optimization avenues
  • CRM activation: development of the editorial strategy in collaboration with the CRM team and copywriting of content
  • Local Marketing > Follow-up and monitoring of customer reviews on Google and creation of messages

Your role will be to work hand in hand with our Sales team to:

* Participate in the strategic development of outbound commercial activity.
* Identify prospects, find contacts of decision makers.
* Contact prospects in a creative and ULTRA personalized way!
* Understand the needs of prospects in terms of communication, by asking them the right questions (qualification).
* Obtain an appointment for Sales.
* Prepare the meeting and assist Sales throughout the pre-sales phase.
* Mentor an intern
* Become a product expert!

* You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position

🧗 Your missions

  • Lead initiatives, tools and processes to grow our Operator base and improve their experience.
  • Identify and implement improvements to internal operational processes.
  • Lead operator-related reporting, metrics monitoring, and insights.
  • Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting, analysis, models, findings, and insights on key business challenges to senior management to aid decision making.
  • Facilitate to manage P&L and provide recommendations to forecasting and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to streamline Operators experience with the Platform.

👤 Your profile

  • 4-5+ min year of professional work experience.
  • Master Degree required.
  • SQL proficiency preferred.
  • Management consulting, strategy work in a large business, project management, or investment banking (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle problems logically; Data-driven approach to decision making and sound business judgment to determine project performance and financial viability, grounded in analytical thinking.
  • Self-motivated, works independently and possess strong organization and time management skills.
  • Strong project management skills that can bring order to ambiguous problems and help align all partners through to execution.

The supplier ensures the tour and transport of products between their storage location and the Elfcams for which it is responsible, in accordance with the instructions in force


Cleaning, maintenance and upholstery: he carries out the interior and exterior cleaning of Elfcams and furniture. He refills the Elfcams according to the established filling plan, ensuring compliance and validity of the product sales deadlines (this includes fresh products).

The supplier is responsible for:

• the supply, storage and cleanliness of Elfcam products;

• the good condition of his vehicle;

• the good condition of the equipment provided (PDA, laptop, smartphones, etc.);

• the proper use of the tools made available (compliance with procedures);

• its vehicle stock (and possibly reserve).

He is the guarantor of the image that he transmits of the company, he ensures in particular

• the cleanliness of his clothing;

• the application and rigorous compliance with procedures and the quality approach;

• in the sense of commerce and customer service, he is a force for proposals on the development of turnover/Channel/day in his sector.


**👋 Your missions**
You will be in charge with great autonomy:
* To prepare orders for our stores (picking)
* Organize prepared goods to facilitate truck loading
* To prepare and make available to the delivery person the non-merchant material (label
price, promotional poster, etc.) necessary for good store management by delivery people
* Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse

Shifts are 7 hours maximum and can start between 17 p.m. and 00 a.m.
– Increase of 5% from 21 p.m. to 22 p.m.
– Increase of 20% after 22 p.m.
Free weekend every other week
